Welcome

Located along the shores of Juanita Bay just north of downtown Kirkland, Juanita is a diverse neighborhood containing a concentrated commercial district with nearby multifamily and substantial single-family residential areas. The business district is undergoing large-scale development including retail, commercial and residential uses. There are relatively few large vacant parcels within the neighborhood, so most new development will be infill and redevelopment. Other parts of the region, which are currently experiencing rapid growth, are sending traffic through the neighborhood to other destinations.
